Making his debut on Rebellion, a label that champions music for the early hours, famed DJ, producer and vocalist Kevin Knapp has created four original tracks for the Crosstown Rebels imprint. 10 years since first crossing paths with Damian Lazarus, the stars have finally aligned, resulting in the Find Me EP.

Baby Luck Aka Brittany Ballard features on Find Me with her first ever vocal recording. Distinguish for his filthy house cuts, Kevin has created a deeply charming EP, reinforcing his position within the dance scene. A man of many skills, the US born artist started out by DJing in San Francisco for notorious clubs such as Werd and Housepitality and after relocating to Berlin his career catapulted and a global touring schedule ensued. NU - Man O To (CRM175)

Man O To from the elusive producer NU is finally set to be released as a single on Crosstown Rebels. Since its inclusion on Acid Pauli's Get Lost Compilation in 2012 the track has clocked up tens of millions of Youtube hits and now heralds in a much coveted artist album due later this year. Remix treatment comes from Parisian producer Pépé Bradock and live artist Be Svendsen.

A nomad of modern times, NU has travelled the continents with his diverse music to unearth his imitable style. Represented heavily in Man O To, where instruments amalgamate with electronic production to become silid rhythms. An extra spark come from its lyrics, outtakes from an old Persian poem from the well known poet Rumi, who speaks of true happiness in love here performed by Ghazal Shakeri from an original recording made by renownew French composer Armand Amar.

Julien Auger Aka Pépé Bradock is a widely respected producer best known for his anthemic releases on French label Kif Recordings which are still sampled heavily to this day. As a DJ, he has spun in almost every major club in the world and is known for his versatile and mesmerizing style. Bradock conjures a trippy remix and dub version of Man O To and fitting ode to the original.

Be Svendsen Aka Lasse Bruhn Svendsen broke throught into the international scene in 2014 with a series of productions and enchanting live performance at some of the most avand garde place to play on the earth, such as BOOM festival, Fusion, Burning Man, Symbiosis, Rainbow Serpent and AfrikaBurn.' "Man O To" is a track that has touched the hearts of many, including my own,' Svendsen explained. 'being asked to add a new chapter to its story is both an honor and my greatest challenge to date'.

Route 94 - Mind, Body & Soul (CRM177)

One of the UK’s most exciting and versatile young talents, Route 94, is the next to make his mark on Crosstown Rebels with Mind, Body & Soul featuring a Body Rhythm Soul Version from NYC’s Joaquin Joe Claussell. The title track sets the tone of the release by heading straight into the late night hours with varied drum workouts and inspiriting keys that compliment the meaningful vocal. While Habitual, produced alongside fellow Londoner Matt Tolfrey who has been a mainstay DJ, producer and label owner in the underground house and techno scene for over a decade, is electric and sensual with an enticing bassline.

Damian Lazarus has enlisted influential NYC head and Ibadan label co-founder, Joaquin Joe Claussell to deliver a stunning Body Rhythm Soul Version, remixed in reference to his infamous Body & Soul Sunday parties. Here he delivers delectable keys and soothing brass tones as the serve of the day.

Route 94 aka Rowan Jones shot to fame, hitting No.1 in the UK charts with My Love featuring Jess Glynne. Keeping things largely underground, he followed with releases and remixes on Leftroom, Defected and Hot Creations. Overwhelming success ensued as he performed at the likes of fabric, Sub Club, Space, Ushuaia, DC10 and many more. Joeski - Tribute EP (CRM176)

A mainstay in the underground music scene, Joeski makes his next move on the mighty Crosstown Rebels with a sublime 'Tribute EP' to the great divinity Obatalá.

The EP journeys trhough three tracks, where ethereal layers are used to infiltrate the dancefloor and varying tribal percussions, native chants and vocal haunts flow effortlessly throughout From Yoruba religion. Obatalá is an Orisha, Sky Father and creator of human bodies. Joeski explains "I've been wanting to do this tribute for a while now. It's a creative musical offering to Obatalá. I feel like Crosstown is the perfect home for it too"

Joeski's roots are in the underground house scene of NYC in the 90s, where he played regularly at historical clubs such as The Limelight, Tunnel, Palladium and Roxy. Later establishing himself as a producer he began releasing music on Siesta, Ministry Of Sound, Tango, Junior Boys Own and many more. He also runs his successful label Maya Records.

Hannah Holland Feat. Josh Caffe - Fade To Me (CRM174)

The first lady of underground music Hannah Holland makes her debut on Crosstown Rebels with "Fade To Me" featuring her long lasting collaborator, friend and fellow Londoner, Josh Caffe. Cult favorites Tuff City Kids aka Gerd Janson & Philip Lauer step up with a remix and bud to complete this stellar collection.

Having met on the dancefloor at one of Damian's parties in the early 00s, Holland and Caffe bring their signature sound, which they describe as "sleazy as hell!". With a career in underground dance music spanning over a decade, Holland is a lady who understands what works. With her experience and Caffe's vocals, "Fade To Me" is for those who long to be absorbed in the music.

German duo Tuff City Kids provide a tight remix that ups the tempo and twists the sound into their own, the EP with a sublime dub version. having previously remixed Azari & III, Avalon Emerson, Sven Väth and Scuba to name a few this is a duo that are revered by their peers.

DJ, producer and founder of the labels Batty Bass and Native City, Hannah Holland is a solid figure within the underground dance scene. Earning her stripes through early London residencies at Trailer Trash and Dalston Superstore, she has since toured the world, had a monthly show on NTS and released on Nervous Records, Get Up Recordings and The Classic Music Company among others.

Josh Caffe is an assured figure within the scene, having been a vocalist for numerous house and techno releases. DJ'ed at some of the biggest festivals, resident and founder of Night Sheen whilst also producing his own music

Rowee - Disguise Ep (RBL040)

The beginning of 2017 sees the debut of Rowee in the electronic music scene as the new alias of prolific Italian DJ and producer Leonardo Gonnelli. Welcomed into the fold by Damian Lazarus on his Rebellion imprint, this first release features three tracks collaborating with esteemed artists Thomas Gandey, KnowKontrol and Simon Wish.

Opening track "Earth To You", was produced alongside award winning British electronic producer, live artist and vocalist Thomas Gandey, renowned for his work with David Byrne and Fatboy Slim. The track is delicately energetic in its groove, rolling through deep atmospheres and sensual vocals. Gandey has released on some of the hottest labels including Crosstown Rebels, Get Physical and Desolate plus collabs with Radio Slave, which include the album project Matom on Carl Craig's Planet E.

"Disguise" pushes a more tech house, featuring vocalist Dwayzo Lawrence aka KnowKontrol who has appeared on labels such as Saved and Keinemusik. Rowee explains "this is a song about deception and trust in a relationship both parties know the other is lying but they pretend everything is OK. It's an amazing vocal interpretation surrounded by analog synths."

The EP closes in a collab with Italian native, US based Simon Wish, whose productions can be found on labels like Cocoon, Traum and Sleep Is Commercial. "It Shows You" is a thightly constructed deep groover, packed full of energy with an acid bassline that makes this track another real weapon for the dancefloor.

Fresh from his release on Seth Troxler's Play It Say It imprint and nominated in the category of Best Track @ Vicious Music Awards, Leonardo Gonnelli has demonstrated his exceptional talent as a DJ whilst playing at worldwide events such as the legendary Space Miami, Pacha Buenos Aires, BPM Mexico, Dockyard Festival (ADE) in Amsterdam and Sonar. 2017 marks the start of a new chapter as Rowee, promising a bright future of what is yet to come.

Satori - Imani's Dress (CRM173)

The enchanting and notorious Satori unveils Imani's Dress, the first snippet of his forthcoming album due for release this Spring on the illustrious Crosstown Rebels, with Matthew Dear and Ewan Pearson providing hefty remixes.

Satori is no ordinary producer and live artist. Born to a Serbian father and South African mother, the man behind the instrument is a meditative music-lover on a deeply spiritual journey. Creating melodies on the piano, kora, kalimba and guitar, his live shows are mind-altering.

Thump Magazine noted his "African music, gypsy and Balkan influences" and through a nominal handful of remixes and releases, Satori has become highly sought after, collaborating with South African charity Bridges For Music and performing at Boiler Room's biggest show of 2016 at ADE.

Imani's Dress waas the spark for the creation of Satori's debut album after Damian Lazarus heard it and requested to hear more from the visionary artist. Hungry and eager, Satori locked himself in a secluded studio and finished the album, and soon after it was signed to it's spiritual home, Crosstown Rebels. "Imani's Dress is the track that put this collaboration into motion", explains Satori. "This track is special and the logical first single".

DJ and production heavyweight Matthew Dear's remix is a skillful demon that illustrates why he is a pivotal artist in the electronic music arena. Ewan Pearson's remix is an ode to the guitar. Creating music for over two decades, here his warm riffs are infused with soothing synths and a meticulous groove.
