Dance Spirit - Drowning In Irises EP (RBL032)

The LA based duo Dance Spirit were discovered by Damian Lazarus after they gave him a re-edit of Bjork 'All is full of Love’, which soon became one of his 2015 anthems, and soon after ‘Drowning in Irises’ was etched in vinyl.

The title track ‘Drowning in Irises’ is inspired by Van Gogh’s Irises painting. “It hangs in our home turf of LA’s Getty Museum, and [the track] attempts to capture and convey the beauty and emotional quality that Van Gogh achieves in his paintings with color, rhythm, and layers.”

Dance Spirit said of ‘Unfold’ "it addresses the subconscious through the use of rhythm. In short it’s an attempt to hypnotize the listener into movement, positivity, and/or relaxation.” Created in 2013, 'In between Spaces’ started life as a studio experiment, but become “a major revelation in our process of creating music.”

Christopher Mohn and Reagan Denius make up Dance Spirit, expertly creating a type of futuristic techno which has enabled them to play at Coachella, Piknik Electronic, Fabric, Verboten and Treehouse to name just a few. They have also previously released on Maison D’Etre, Superfreq, Kindisch, Connaisseur Recordings, Culprit, Akbal Music and Endless.

Citizenn -Lady (Feat. Aisha) (CRM152)

  Citizenn threads the final narrative to his critically-acclaimed debut album released earlier this year with 'Lady' featuring the beautiful vocals of Aisha and accomplished remixes from Kerri Chandler, waFF and Francisco Allendes.

"Lady is the finale of my album, the one I've been playing out the most and one of my most important tracks" explained Citizenn. Starting his musical life as a drummer, Laurence Blake's Citizenn alias didn't come into play until after a successful career in video directing. His life as a music producer has since picked up a series of accolades including DJ Mag's Breakthrough DJ in 2013.

Francisco Allendes renowned for his releases on Cadenza and Desolat adds his touch and Sidney Charles & Santé who are included in the digital package.

Back from a whirlwind tour this summer taht included Glastonbury, Melt & Wilderness festivals plus a much-lauded residency at Heart in Ibiza, performing Damian Lazarus & The Ancient Moons' eccentric and immersive debut album for the first time, the band unveil their third single, "We Will Return".

Damian Lazarus & The Ancient Moons brings together a wide assortment of vocalists, collaborators and players from around the world and was joined at the production controls by James Ford (Simian Mobile Disco, Arctic Monkeys, Florence). Taking inspiration from Lazarus's Lazpod series, Get Lost events and Day Zero Festival in Mexico, the resulting album "Message From The Other Side" is a rich and ambitious project featuring musicians from LA, Egypt, Pakistan, Mozambique and Mexico's Yucatan Symphony Orchestra.

One of the UK's finest electronic songwriter and vocalist, Ali Love rose to fame providing vocals for The Chemical Brothers hit, "Do It Again", for their 2007 album "We Are The Night". Appearing since on Columbia Records, Back Yard Recordings and co-penning the Justice single "Civilization", used in the biggest Adidas commercial to date, Ali is now part of two of the biggest current dance acts: Infinity Ink and Hot Natured, the latter playing Coachella this year and scoring a place in the UK top 40 charts.
