Denney has ricocheted through the dance music circuit since his first Hot Creations release in 2012, raising the stakes higher with each record and gaining props from everyone from Annie Mac to Mixmag, who named him their 'Future Hero'. 'Visualise' lands on Crosstown Rebels on 27th May with 3 original cuts from Denney and a Luke Solomon remix.

"All the tracks were approached slightly differently when I was making them" explained Denney of the EP. "I was aiming them for different parts of the night and inspired by different dance floors". From the headsy house of the title track, to the deep and enthralling pulse of 'Senses' and the rolling melodies of 'Hallucinate', Denney illustrates the breadth of his raw and burgeoning talent. While Classic record founder and chart topping freaks frontman Luke Solomon steps up to shake up 'Visualise' with his usual jumping Chicago style.

Denney cut his teeth at the legendary Back To Basics in Leeds, where he now holds a residency. This release is his first for Damian Lazarus's pioneering imprint and another step up in the ranks for this rising star. "Crosstown rebels has been one of my favoriterecord labels over the last decade so I'm really excited to be releaseing with them".

DAVI - Metropolis (RBL035)

No stranger to Rebellion, LA based DAVI returns to the label once more with his wonderfully smooth 'Metropolis EP' containing four original tracks. Distinguished for his layered and highly skilled production, DAVI has created an atmospheric EP.

"Metropolis is the continuation of my previous EPs on Rebellion that represent the stories from ancient history. This topic has been a big influence for me for quite some time and I'm happy to say that my story is finally complete with this EP" DAVI  says.

His musical path began after he joined the Vocal department of Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory at a young age. Now, much older, DAVI is a DJ, producer, music composer and remixer whilst also regularly touring the world. His music has enabled him to grace the crowds in venues such as Avalon, Black Rock City and Monday Night Social, and release on labels including Outside The Box Music, Treibstoff, Nine Records, Stripped Music Recordings and Bits & Pieces.

Gorgon City - Money (CRM159)

Gorgon City have catapulted their way to fame since the duo formed in 2012, selling 1.2 million records globally, gaining a #1 billboard dance single and 'reviving the glory days of garage and vocal house' according to US trend thermometer the Fader Magazine.

Taking a break from their Black Butter home, Damian Lazarus welcomes them to his Crosstown Rebels label for the first time for 'Money', an atomic bomb of an EP bleeding with big moments. "We've been playing both tracks in our sets and love the reactions it's been getting" explained Matt & Kye AKA Gorgon City, "we've been fans of the Crosstown Rebels label and parties for many years so it's an honor."

David Morales lends his legendary Red Zone stamp, created in the early 90s for when the club was at its peak, his high energy version of 'Money' creates a mind-bending state of mind. While Riva Starr, hot on the heels of his Cajual album, strips it back to the elements where we feel the blood of its veins.

Gorgon City will kick off their Ibiza residency on Amnesia terrace this summer and in may they co-headline Central Park in NYC and Shrine in LA as part of a massive 5 date US Tour. This EP is their calling card to the underground, leaving no doubt why NME named them the 'crème de la crème of new UK dance talent'.
